How to Add or Create a New Ingredient



Step 1: Navigate to Menu Management: Access the menu management section and select "Ingredients."



Step 2: Add a New Ingredient: Tap on "+ New Ingredients" to initiate the ingredient creation process.

Step 3: Enter Ingredient Details:

3a. Provide the ingredient name, such as Bacon, Lettuce, or Carrots.
3b. Select the appropriate ingredient type.



Step 4: Tap the Save button to preserve the newly created ingredient.

Dashboard- How to edit and archive an ingredient



Step 1: Hover over the ingredient you wish to edit and click the Pencil Icon

Step 2: Proceed to make the changes needed

Note: The changes made, will be saved automatically.

Step 3: To archive an ingredient, Hover over the ingredient name a click the Archive Icon

Step 4: You will be presented by a prompt asking you to confirm you wish to archive the ingredient.

Step 5: Finally click on Yes, Archive it! to remove the modifier

Adding or Editing Ingredients from the Point of Sale:



This section will guide you through the process of adding or updating ingredients directly from the point of sale. Create unique dishes and stand out from the competition with ease.






How to Add a New Ingredient



Step 1: Access the New Order Screen: From the new order screen, either tap the drop-down arrow ( 1a ) or slide down the settings bar ( 1b ).

Step 2: Navigate to Menu Management: Tap on "Menu Management."

Step 3: Go to Ingredients Sub-tab: Find the "Ingredients" sub-tab on the left-hand navigation bar.

Step 4: Add a New Ingredient: Click on "Add."

Step 5: Enter Ingredient Information:

5a. Ingredient Name: Enter a custom ingredient name (e.g., Tomato and Onion).
5b. Ingredient Type: Choose "Normal" as the supported ingredient type.
5c. Tap on the "X" and your changes will be saved automatically

How to Edit and Delete Ingredient



Step 1: Within Menu Management, select the "Ingredients" sub-tab and choose the ingredient you wish to edit or delete.

Step 2: Editing an Ingredient:

2a. Make changes to the ingredient details.
Ingredient Name: Enter a custom ingredient name (e.g., Tomato and Onion).

2b. Ingredient Type: Choose "Normal" as the supported ingredient type.
