### Understanding Sales Transaction Reports:

The **Sales Transaction Report** in the dashboard provides a detailed overview of your completed orders that have been successfully paid for. Here are the key components you'll find in this report:

* **Net Sales:** This is the total revenue generated from all completed orders after deductions.

* **Total Transactions:** The total number of transactions completed within the selected timeframe.

* **Closed Transactions:** The number of transactions that have been successfully completed.

* **Discounts:** The total value of discounts applied to orders during transactions.

* **Taxes:** The amount of taxes collected on these transactions.

* **Service Charge:** Any additional charges or fees associated with the transactions.

* **Tips:** Customer-provided tips added to the transactions.

* **Delivery Fees:** Fees related to delivery services. 

* **Total Sales:** The total value of all sales transactions.

You have the option to refine the transactions report with the following filters:

* **Date Range:** Select a specific period for which you want to view transactions, aiding in targeted analysis.
* **Time of Day:** Filter transactions based on the time they were processed, useful for identifying peak hours.
* **Payment Methods:** Choose which payment methods (e.g., cash, credit card, mobile payments) to include in the report.

To gain a preview of the transaction details, simply select the desired transaction. Within this view, you will find information such as the **Order Number, Check ID Number, Customer Name, Employee Name, Date, and Time.** Additionally, you can review the items that were processed along with their corresponding quantities and amounts.
