### Steps to Resolve Connectivity Issues with eatOS Printers

**Step 1: Verify Printer Status** 

**Blinking Red Light:** First, confirm whether the red light on your printer is blinking. If it is, proceed to the subsequent steps for troubleshooting.

**Step 2: Perform Basic Checks** 

**Paper Roll:** Ensure that the paper roll is inserted correctly and that the compartment is securely closed.
Connections: Double-check the connection of the USB, Ethernet, or RJ-11 cable to the printer. Make sure they are properly connected.

**Step 3: Check Printer Detectability**  

**Printer Detection:** Verify whether the printer is detectable. Access the advanced settings for your eatOS Printer.

**Step 4: Test Default Receipt Printing** 

**Test Receipt Printer:** If the printer is detectable, move on to testing the default receipt printer. Perform tasks like firing orders and printing receipts.

**Step 5: Perform a Printer Reset** 

**Feed Button Reset:** If the printer remains undetectable, turn off the device. While turning it back on, press and hold the feed button for 3-5 seconds. Allow two sheets of paper to print.

**Step 6: Check IP Address** 

**IP Address Detection:** Examine the second printout for an IP address located at the bottom.

**Step 7: IP Address Detected** 

**Test Print:** If an IP address is detected on the second printout, proceed to test print operations.

**Step 8: IP Address Not Detected**  

**Retry Printer Reboot:** If the IP address is not present on the second attempt, perform another printer reboot.

**Local Network Issue:** If the IP address is still not detected after the second reboot, it indicates a potential local network connectivity problem on-site. Address the network issue to restore proper printer functionality.
