### Close a Pending Order Dashboard

**Step 1:** On your eatOS Dashboard, navigate to the left side menu and select **Sales **

**Step 2:** On the **Sales Section** tap on **Transactions**

**Step 3:** On the list of **Order Tickets** select the ticket that needs to be closed by tapping it.

**Step 4:** Next tap on the **Close Order** button

|| Note: Please note that only managers or users with dashboard access can utilize this functionality within the dashboard.

### Close a Pending Order POS

**Step 1:** On your **POS Home Screen** navigate to the left side navigation menu and select **Tickets**

**Step 2:** Then select the **Order Ticket** from the list that needs to be closed 
**Step 3:** Tap on the **Close** button to close the ticket.
