### Connect to a Live Support Dashboard

**Step 1:** To connect to a live support on your **eatOS Dashboard** on the top right corner tap on the **Support Icon**

**Step 2:** Take note of the **Support PIN**

**Step 3:** Tap on the **Live Chat** Button

**Step 4:** Start by sending your inquiry along with the **Support PIN** our support will connect with you afterwards.

**Step 1:** To connect to a live support on your **POS,** navigate to the top right side of the screen and tap on the **Support Icon**
