# Point of Sale - User PIN Screen

Welcome to the eatOS Point of Sale System—designed with efficiency and user-friendliness in mind. Our platform comes equipped with a variety of powerful features to ensure you can take full advantage of your point-of-sale experience from the very first interaction.

Below are the key features accessible from your User PIN Screen.

1. You'll find **Date**, **Time**, **Weather**, and **Location** listed on the left-hand side.

2. On the right-hand side, you will find:

**a.** User PIN - Where users input a unique PIN for easy monitoring and access.

|| Note: Each employee will have a four-digit designated PIN code. This PIN enables employees to log in, clock in/out, and take breaks. Learn more about time-clock management [here](https://support.eatos.com/en-us/article/pos-v410-clock-inout-breaks-mmznpf/).

**b.** Clock-in/out & Break - This feature enables users to utilize your point-of-sale system for clocking in, clocking out, and taking breaks.

|| Note: Break times are considered as paid time within the eatOS system.

**c.** Biometric Entry - Utilizing this feature allows you to access the point of sale using your biometric data.

|| Note: To use biometrics, you must have the required compatible device. Each user is required to register their biometric data to their profile, with assistance from an on-site manager.

**d.** Revenue Center - This feature enables users to select the revenue center, which will be reflected in the sales report, indicating the source of the sale.

|| Note: Permission is required to change revenue centers.
