How to Access and Add a New Cash Register



In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of accessing and connecting a new cash register. Follow these simple instructions to make the setup process hassle-free.

Make the most of your business operations with our user-friendly cash register solution. By accessing and connecting your cash register at the point of sale, you'll streamline transactions and enhance your business efficiency.




Step 1: Open the New Order Screen

Begin by navigating to your new order screen. To do this, either tap the drop-down arrow marked as (a) or slide down the settings bar as indicated by (b).

Step 2: Access Advanced Settings

Next, tap on the Advanced option.

Step 3: Navigate to Server Connection Page
Upon selecting Advanced, you will be directed to the Server Connection page.

Step 4: Choose Cash Register from Left-Hand Navbar
Locate and tap on the Cash Register option in the left-hand navigation bar.

Step 5: Add a New Cash Register
Inside the Cash Register section, click on New to initiate the process of adding a new cash register.

Step 6: Fill in Required Information
Provide the necessary details for the new cash register:

a. Name
b. Drawer Model
c. Drawer Attached Printer - Choose the appropriate option for your setup, such as Star Cash Drawer - Ethernet or HP Engage One Prime Cash Drawer.

After filling in the information, tap Done to save your settings.

Step 7: Select Your New Cash Register
To finalize the setup, choose the newly added cash register from the list of available options.

Note: Alternatively, you can tap on the Detect option to locate nearby cash registers. Select your designated cash register from the list to complete the process.
