### Resolving Login Issues: Force Stop the App

###### Force Stopping the App on Elo:

If you're using an Elo device, follow these steps to force-stop the app:

**Step 1: Manually Enable Control Panel**
On the back of the screen, hit two buttons to enable the control panel.

**Step 2: Access the Panel Remotely**
Enter the password **"1elo"** to access the control panel.

**Step 3: Navigate to Settings**
From the apps list, select **"Settings."**

**Step 4: Open Apps & Notifications**
Select: **Apps & Notifications**

**Step 5: Select App Name**
Find and select the **"Name of App by eatOS"** app.

**Step 6: Force Stop the App**
Choose **"Force Stop"** from the available options.

**Step 7: Confirm**
Confirm by selecting **"Yes"** on the confirmation pop-up.

**If you're using a Sunmi device, use these steps to force-stop the app:**

**Step 1: Navigate to the Sunmi Home Screen**
Select the Circle Icon at the bottom center of the screen to access the Sunmi Home Screen. 

**Step 2: Access Settings**
From the apps list, select **"Settings."**

**Step 3: Open Apps & Notifications**
Choose **"Apps & Notifications"** from the list.

**Step 4: Select App Name**
Find and select the **"Name of App by eatOS"** app.

**Step 5:  Force Stop the App**
Choose **"Force Stop"** from the available options.

**Step 6: Confirm**
Confirm by selecting **"Yes"** on the confirmation popup.
