# View Gross Sales Online Orders Report

### Overview

The **Online Order Report** provides a summary of all online ordering transactions for a selected date range and time range. It helps restaurant operators monitor online sales performance, review order details, identify top-selling products, and analyze sales by category.

### Navigation

**Analytics & Reports > Gross Sales > Online Order Report**

### Report Filters

Use the filters at the top of the page to customize the report.

1. **Date Range:** Select the date or date range for which you want to view online order sales.
2. **Time Range:** Filter transactions for a specific time period within the selected date.

After selecting the filters, the report refreshes to display the corresponding data.


### Summary Section

The summary cards provide a quick overview of online sales.

| Field | Description |
| ---- |
| Net Sales | Total online sales after discounts, excluding taxes and service charges. |
| Discounts | Total discounts applied to online orders. |
| Gross Sales | Total value of online orders before deductions. |
| Tax | Total tax collected from online orders. |
| Delivery Fee | Total delivery fees charged to customers |
| Service Charge | Total service charge collected |
| Tips | Total customer tips received through online orders. |
| Total Amount | Final amount collected from online orders, including applicable charges. |

### Top Product

The top product pie chart displays the distribution of products sold through online orders.

**The chart helps you:**

* Identify the most frequently ordered products.
* Compare product popularity.
* Analyze product sales contribution.

Hover over a chart segment to view additional details.


### Top Category

The Top Category donut chart shows sales distribution by menu category.

**This visualization helps you:**

* Identify the highest-performing menu categories.
* Compare category performance.
* Understand customer ordering trends.

### Order Details


The Order Details table lists all online orders that match the selected filter.

Typical columns include:

| Column | Description |
| ---- |
| Order Number | Unique online order identifier. |
| Order Amount | Total amount of the order. |
| Customer Name | Customer associated with the online order. |
| Tip Amount | Tip provided for the order. |

Use this section to verify individual online transactions and reconcile sales.


### Export Report

Click the **Export** button in the upper-right corner to download the report.
