Confirming Orders



After receiving payment the order will be reflected in the New Orders Tab.



Tapping the order ticket will display the order details as well as the following buttons.
a. Connect Printer - connect to a print and print the order ticket.
b. Cancel Order - cancel the order.
c. Confirm Order - confirm and prepare the order.

Preparing Orders



Confirmed Orders will be displayed in this tab.



After preparing the order you may tap on the order ticket and you will be presented with the following options.

a. Connect Printer - connect to a print and print the order ticket.
b. Make Order Ready - mark the the order ready for the customer or the service team can pick up and deliver it to the customer's table.
c. Back - go back to the preparation page.

Completing the Payment



Once the order has been delivered to the customer's table and is already paid, it will reflect on the Paid Tab.



By tapping the order you will be presented with the following printing option:

a. Connect Printer (Kitchen Order Ticket) - connect and print the ticket as a Kitchen Order Ticket
b. Connect Printer (Receipt) - connect and print the ticket as a Receipt

Cancelled Orders



After 10mins of not confirming the order or if the order was cancelled by the restaurant due to an issue it will be reflected on this section.



And by tapping it you will be able to see the order details.
