Error code 5022: A chip &amp; PIN card is swiped. Solution: Do not swipe the card. Insert the chip &amp; PIN card into the card reader.

Your eatOS dashboard is your restaurant business management backend that can help you manage and add more information about your restaurant from setting up your location, adding your employees, building your restaurant menu, configuring your payments and taxes, and viewing your restaurant report, employee records and more.

Access My eatOS Account from other device.

eatOS is cloud-based. This means that you can access your account from anywhere.

You can also have multiple devices signed in to one account simultaneously.

If you've purchased a new device, you can simply download the eatOS POS app and sign into your existing account with the associated email address and password.
