1. Dine In & Online Tab
The dine-in tab lets you manage all online/QR dine-in orders. While the online tab lets you manage all online orders type which includes – pick-up, delivery, and curbside pick-up.

2. Prep Time
Can be adjusted with the amount of time needed to prepare the orders or items.,

3. Manual/Auto
Manually – manually accept online orders. The new orders tab is enabled.
Auto – will automatically accept online orders.

Note that while in auto-accept mode, the report issues and cancel order features are disabled.

4. Online/Offline Button
Online – enables you to accept and process online orders.
Offline – will temporarily not accept online orders.

How to Process Online Orders



To process your online orders in the POS app follow this steps:

Step 1: On your POS main screen navigate to Tickets.



Step 2: Tap on the filter option on your Pending Tickets Page.



Step 3: Select Online Orders as the preferred Order Type



Step 4: If you have multiple orders, select the Online Orders with the Paid payment status.



Step 5: Tap on Charge.



Step 6: On the MerchantOS page tap on the Online tab to check the order status.

How to Process Dine In Online Orders



To process your online orders in the POS app follow this steps:

Step 1: On your POS main screen navigate to Tickets.



Step 2: Tap on the filter option on your Pending Tickets Page.



Step 3: Select Online Orders as the preferred Order Type



Step 4: If you have multiple orders, select the Online Orders with the Paid payment status.



Step 5: Tap on Charge.



Step 6: On the MerchantOS page tap on the Dine In tab to check the order status.
