Configuring POS Network Settings

Accessing Network Settings

In the POS settings side menu, click on "Network."
Select "Servers" to access and modify server connection settings as needed.

Configuring Server Connection

In the “Server Connection” section, you can view and edit the following:

IP Address: Verify or enter the server address to ensure proper connections.
Device Name: Confirm your device name for identification.
Status: Check the status to ensure it reads “Connected”, indicating successful communication with the server.

Syncing Your POS System

Manually Sync: Click on “Manually Sync” to update your system and ensure all recent changes are applied.
Force Sync: If necessary, use “Force Sync” to immediately push to your system.

Additional Tips

Ensure your network connection is stable and secure to avoid interruptions.
Regularly verify your IP address and server settings to prevent communication issues.
