Configuring POS Network Settings

Accessing Network Settings
- In the POS settings side menu, click on "Network."
- Select "Servers" to access and modify server connection settings as needed.
Configuring Server Connection
In the “Server Connection” section, you can view and edit the following:
- IP Address: Verify or enter the server address to ensure proper connections.
- Device Name: Confirm your device name for identification.
- Status: Check the status to ensure it reads “Connected”, indicating successful communication with the server.
Syncing Your POS System
- Manually Sync: Click on “Manually Sync” to update your system and ensure all recent changes are applied.
- Force Sync: If necessary, use “Force Sync” to immediately push to your system.
Additional Tips
- Ensure your network connection is stable and secure to avoid interruptions.
- Regularly verify your IP address and server settings to prevent communication issues.
