Adding a New Group on the Point of Sale


Step 1: From your new order screen, tap the drop-down arrow or slide the setting bar down:



Step 2: Tap on Menu



Step 3: In the "Menu" section, choose "Groups" to be directed to the groups page



Step 4: Tap the + Add button to create a new group



Step 5: Enter the required Information.

a. Group Name*

Click on the "Enter Name" field next to "Group Name" and type the desired name for the new group.

b. Group display name

Enter the display name for the group in the "Enter Name" field next to "Group Display Name." This is the name that will appear on the menu.

c. Group Type

Click on "Select Type" next to "Group Type" to choose the type of group from the available options (e.g., modifier group, add-ons).

d. Add-On

If applicable, click on the "Add-On" field to link the group with a specific add-on.

e. Modifier Group position

Click on "Choose" to select the position of the group within the list of modifiers. This helps in organizing the sequence of how modifiers are displayed.

f. Maximum Number of Selections

Use the toggle switch to enable the maximum number of selections if needed.

Set the number using the plus and minus buttons to specify the exact maximum number of choices a customer can select from this group.

How to edit and delete a group


  1. Edit Group: From Menu Management, tap on the "Groups" sub-tab and select a category from the available list. Begin editing and making changes to the group. Note that changes are saved automatically.


  1. Delete Group: Select the group you wish to archive and slide to reveal the archive button.
