The guestbook feature in your Point of Sale (POS) system is designed to enhance and personalize the dining experience for your guests. By logging key information about your guests, you can ensure that every visit is tailored to their individual needs and preferences.


Personalizing Guest Experiences


With the Guestbook feature, you can record each guest's dietary preferences, allergies, and favorite dishes. This allows for a customized experience, enhancing guest satisfaction and encouraging repeat visits.


Accessing Guest Profiles


To offer personalized service, your POS system provides access to a variety of guest profile details:



  • Basic Details: This includes the guest's name, email, and phone number.

  • Orders and Visit History: Track the total number of orders and past visits.

  • Loyalty Status: Check current loyalty status and rewards or points they have accrued.

  • Allergies and Preferences: Log any known allergies and specific dining preferences

  • Recent Orders and Online Reviews: Review their most recent orders and any feedback they've left online.


  • Reservations, Payments, Feedback, and Order History: Access comprehensive details to enhance guest interactions.




Adding a New Guest


  1. On the guestbook section, tap the plus icon to add a new guest.



  1. Enter the guest information in the required fields:



Fill in the required fields:


  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Phone number


Additional optional fields include:


  • Middle name
  • Date of Birth
  • Customer Since
  • Anniversary
  • Address
  • Vehicle Details


Once all necessary information is entered, the guest profile is automatically saved.



Archiving a Guest


  1. Locate the guest you wish to archive within the Guestbook.

  1. Slide the guest’s name to reveal the archive icon.



  1. Tap the archive icon to move the guest profile to the archive.
