To configure the integration between eatOS and Otter, follow these steps:

Step 1: Access: Start by accessing the "Integration" section on your dashboard.

3a. If you don't have an Otter account, choose the "Don't have an Account" option and proceed to sign up.




3b. If you already have an Otter account, select "Already have an account" and click "Connect."




Step 4: Sign in to Otter using your own credentials, and then grant access to eatOS.





Note: Once the integration is activated, menus enabled for online ordering will be transmitted to Otter. Otter's menu data is updated every 6 hours to ensure accuracy.
