Forgot Password Reset Guide
If you've forgotten your password and need to reset it, follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the Login Page
- Launch the eatOS POS application.
- Navigate to the login screen.
Step 2: Initiate Password Reset
- Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" button located below the password field.
Step 3: Provide Required Information
- Enter your registered email address or mobile number.
- Click Send OTP to receive a One-Time Password for verification.
Step 4: Confirm Your Identity
- Check your email or SMS for the OTP sent by the system.
- Enter the received OTP in the specified field on the verification page.
Step 5: Create a New Password
- Follow the prompts to create a new password.
- Enter your desired new password and confirm it by typing it again.
- Click Create Password to complete the reset process.
Change Password
To change your password from within the eatOS POS system, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the New Order Screen
- Log in to your eatOS POS account.
Step 2: Open Settings
- Slide down the settings bar from the top of the screen.
- Select Restaurant from the settings menu.
Step 3: Navigate to Profile
- Click on your Profile.
- Select Security from the profile options.
Step 4: Update Your Password

- Type in your new password and reconfirm by typing it again.
