Point of Sale - Payment - Cash Management

Step 1: Access your new order screen and either tap the drop-down arrow (a) or slide down the setting bar (b) to proceed.
Step 2: Select "Payment". This will open a menu with various payment-related settings.
Step 3: In the Payments menu, click on Cash Management. This section allows you to manage and monitor your cash flow.
View Cash Register Details:
a. The Cash Register section displays the current cash register.
b. Previous Day's Closing Balance: Shows the closing balance from the previous day.
c. Estimated Cash in Drawer: Displays the estimated cash available in the drawer.
d. Opening Till Balance: Indicates the opening balance for the day.
Manage Pay In / Pay Out:
Use the Pay In / Pay Out section to log any cash added to or removed from the register.
Pay In: Click on this to add cash to the drawer, then fill in the necessary details.
Pay Out: Click on this to remove cash from the drawer, then fill in the necessary details.
Open Till Balance: Click on this to adjust the opening balance if needed.
Close: Use this option to close the till at the end of the business day.
Access Cash Logs:
In the Cash Logs section, select a date to view detailed logs of all transactions involving the cash register such as time, name, reason, pay-in, and pay-out details.
Monitor Employee Tips:
Employee Tips displays a table listing each employee, along with their recorded cash and non-cash tips.
