Point of Sale - Restaurant Timed Pricing

Step 1: From your new order screen tap the drop-down arrow (a) or slide the setting bar down (b):



Step 2: Tap on Restaurant



Step 3: From the "General" settings tab, click on the "Timed Pricing" option to begin the setup process

Step 4: On the Timed Pricing page, click the + Add Timed Pricing to add new pricing strategy



Step 5: Configure Timed Pricing Details



a. Enter Timed Pricing Name: Start by giving your timed pricing plan a unique name to easily identify it.
b. Select Date Range: Select the application date range or duration of the timed price.
c. Specify Dates and Times: Customize your pricing for each day of the week. You can set the start and end times for special pricing, and even extend it to the next day if needed.




d. Select Revenue Centers: Decide which areas of your restaurant—such as the main dining room or a specific revenue center—will apply the timed pricing.
e. Choose Ordering Sources: Define whether the pricing applies to orders made via quick service (QSR), kiosks, online platforms, or all available channels.

Note: Changes will be saved automatically.

Timed pricing is a powerful addition to your restaurant management toolkit, enabling you to attract more customers during targeted times and boost your overall revenue. By meticulously following these steps, you can establish and customize these pricing strategies to align seamlessly with your specific business requirements.

Once your timed pricing is configured, it's important to track your sales data and customer feedback to continually refine and improve your promotional efforts.
