Step 1: From your new order screen tap the drop-down arrow (a) or slide the setting bar down (b):



Step 2: Tap on Advanced and you will be directed to the "Hardware" section



Step 3: Select "Printer Settings" from the "Advanced" section




Configuration Options in Advanced Settings

The Advanced Settings screen is divided into different sections, each offering specific configuration options to enhance printer performance according to your needs.


Bill Settings



The Bill Settings section includes:



a. Auto Print - Enable or disable automatic printing of bills after transactions.
b. Display On Single Item - Choose whether to display only single items on the bill.
c. Free Items On Bill - Include or exclude free items from appearing on the bill.
d. Free Modifiers On Bill - Decide if free modifiers should be shown on the bill.

Receipt Settings



Configure receipt-specific preferences in the Receipt Settings section:



a. Auto Print - Enable or disable automatic receipt printing post-transaction.
b. Auto Print Refund Receipt - Automatically print a receipt for refunds.
d. Itemized Receipt - Choose to print an itemized receipt, detailing each purchased item.
e. Print Customer Copy - Enable printing a customer copy of the receipt.
f. Suggested Gratuity on Receipt - Display suggested gratuity amounts on receipts, assisting customers in calculating tips.



Kitchen Settings



Optimize kitchen printing processes with the Kitchen Settings section:



a. Large Kitchen Order Ticket Item Text - Enable large item text for better readability on kitchen order tickets.
b. Large Kitchen Order Ticket Order Number - Print large order numbers on kitchen tickets for easy identification.
c. Print Each Item Individually - Decide whether each item should be printed individually.
d. Reverse Kitchen Order Ticket Font Style - Enable reverse font style for better visibility depending on printer format.
e. Kitchen Order Ticket Modifier Size - Adjust modifier size using options like Tall, Wide, and Bold for clear and concise order modifications.
f. Kitchen Order Ticket Print With - Select additional settings for how kitchen order tickets should print, such as grouping similar items or highlighting special instructions.

Signature and Tip Line - Include a line for customers' signatures and tips on the kitchen order tickets.
For Sales Over - Specify a sales threshold for when the signature and tip line should appear.
