How to view and edit Printer Settings

The following article will show you how to access and enable your printer settings.

Personalize your printer settings quickly and effortlessly to your liking. Make the process stress-free and straightforward!




From your new order screen tap the drop down arrow (a) or slide the setting bar down (b):



Tap on Advanced



On the left hand navbar tab on Printer Settings



Upon doing so you will see the following features that you can enable or disable based on your preference

Bill Settings

a. Auto Print - If enabled, the check receipt is printed automatically after orders are complete
b. Display On Single Item - Quantity displays how many orders of the items and if enabled, check receipt will always display quantity on a single item.
c. Free Items On Bill - The free items will be included on the customer's check receipt if enabled
d. Free Modifiers On Bill - If enabled, the free modifiers will be included in the customer's check receipt

Receipt Settings

a. Auto Print - If enabled, the receipt is printed automatically after orders are successfully paid.
b. Print Each Item Individually
c. Auto Print Refund Receipt - A refund receipt will automatically print after a refund is completed if enabled.
d. Itemized Receipt - If enabled the receipt will show a breakdown of every cost such as Tax, Discount etc.
e. Print Customer Copy - A customer’s copy of the receipt will always be printed if enabled.
f. Suggested Gratuity On Receipt - The suggested gratuity amount is printed on the customer’s receipt if enabled.

Kitchen Settings

a. Large Kitchen Order Ticket Item Text - If enabled, items sent to the kitchen printer are in large size.
b. Large Kitchen Order Ticket Order Number - The order number is printed in large font when sent to the kitchen printer.
c. Reverse Kitchen Order Ticket Font Style - If enabled, The receipt information will be in white text.
d. Kitchen order ticket modifier size - Select the text size to display on receipt
e. Kitchen order ticket print with - Select Order type
f. Signature and Tip Line - If enabled, a signature will be required for sales over the entered amount.
