How to acces Reports from your Point of Sale

Get the most out of your point of sale by viewing detailed reports and insights. Keep track of sales, trends, and customer preferences. With our insights, you can make the most informed decisions.




From your new order screen tap the drop down arrow (a) or slide the setting bar down (B):



Tap on Payments



On the left hand navbar tap on Reports



Reports can be viewed with the following information

a. Custom data range to view sales summary
b. Number of order - Total number orders within the date range
Number of refund - Total number of Refunds issues within the date range
Refund - Total refund issued
Net Sales - Total sales within date range less applied taxes, surcharges, and tips
Discount - Total applied discount
Tips - Total Tips received
Tax - Total applied tax
Total



View Sales Summary by:

a. Payment Type = Cash/Card
b. Number of Transactions = Number of transactions per payment type
c. Total Amount



View Sales Summary by:

a. Category
b. Number of Products
c. Net Sales
