Step 1: Begin by accessing the new order screen. Locate and tap the drop-down arrow (a) or slide down the settings bar (b) to reveal additional options.



Step 2: Tap on the Payment option.



Step 3: On the left-hand navigation bar, select Service Charge.



Step 4: Within the Service Charge interface, tap the Add button to initiate the addition process.



Step 5: Enter the required information:

a. Enter service charge name*
b. Enter service charge amount* (Select if service charge will be calculated in percentage or amount.)
c. Select Tax Applicable
d. Select the applicable order type where service charge will be applied
e. Enable or disable to automatically apply to big table

Step 6: Once all required details are entered, click Save to finalize the process.

Step 2: Next tap on Service Charge (a), followed by selecting your preferred service charge to apply (b).
