Adding Service Charges at the Point of Sale: A Step-by-Step Guide

Here's how to effectively add service charges using our step-by-step guide:




Begin by accessing the new order screen. Locate and tap the drop-down arrow (a) or slide down the settings bar (B) to reveal additional options.

Tap on the "Payments" option.

On the left-hand navigation bar, select "Service Charge."

Within the Service Charge interface, tap the "ADD" button to initiate the addition process.

Enter the required information:

a. Enter service charge name*
b. Enter service charge amount* (Select if service charge will be calculated in percentage or amount.)
c. Select Tax APPLICABLE
d. Select the applicable order type where service charge will be applied
e. Enable or disable to automatically apply to big table

Once all required details are entered, click "Save" to finalize the process.
