How to Access General Settings in Your Point of Sale

Accessing the General Settings Tab

To access and modify the general settings of your Point of Sale system, follow these steps:

Open the New Order Screen: Begin by opening your POS system and navigating to the new order screen.

Access the Settings Dropdown: On the new order screen, you'll notice a drop-down arrow (a) or a sliding setting bar (b). Tap on the drop-down arrow or slide down the setting bar to reveal more options.

Select Restaurant Settings: Among the options presented, locate and tap on the "Restaurant" tab.

Access General Settings: After selecting the "Restaurant" tab, you will be directed to the "General" settings screen.

View and Edit Restaurant Information: On the "General" settings screen, you will find various fields containing your restaurant's information. These include:

Restaurant Name
Restaurant Type
Restaurant Description
Restaurant Email
Restaurant Phone Number
Address / Address Line 2
Zip Code
Set App Restart Time
Restaurant Information

Note: Any changes you make will be automatically saved after entering the updated information.
