How to Use Biometric Entry & Register Biometrics on Your Point of Sale

Welcome to our guide on utilizing and configuring biometric entries for your employees on the Point of Sale system. Our biometric entry feature offers a secure and convenient method for unlocking the point of sale with just a single touch. This guide will walk you through the process step by step.

Note: To begin using biometric entry, you'll need a compatible device. Additionally, a manager's presence is required to assist you in registering your biometric data.1. From your new order screen tap (a) or slide down (b) the drop down arrow to access your Settings Screen

Accessing Settings Screen
Open your Point of Sale system and navigate to the new order screen.

Tap on Workforce

Workforce Tab

Select an Employees Photo (or initials) to view or edit their profile

Employee List

Tap on Edit Fingerprint. Then tap on the fingerprint image to start registering the fingerprint for the selected employee

Biometric Fingerprint
