Here's a straightforward guide to initiating a partial refund using the eatOS app:

Step 1: Access the refund options via the app's navigation bar. Tap on "Tickets" from the left-hand side to start the process.



Step 2: Choose the specific completed ticket that requires a refund. Remember, only completed tickets can be refunded.



Step 3: Within the selected ticket, identify the item(s) needing a refund. Swipe left on the item and tap "Refund" to start the process.



Step 4: You'll be asked to select a reason for the refund from the available options. Make sure to choose the correct reason.



Step 5: After selecting the reason, confirm by tapping "Done" to proceed. This updates the transaction status to "Partially Refunded," indicating the refund process has begun.



Step 6: The status will now show as "Partially Refunded," confirming the refund process initiation.
