Grant Specific employee Full Dashboard Access





Step 1: On your eatOS Dashboard navigate to the left side navigation bar and tap on Workforce



Step 2: Next tap on Employees



Step 3: Select the employee that you want to grant the dashboard access by hovering over them and tapping the Edit Icon



Step 4: Navigate down to the Dashboard Permission and toggle on the Full Access

Note: When employees are invited with dashboard access, they will be required to verify their account by registering through the verification email sent out. This process involves receiving a temporary password and creating a new personalized pass.




Provide either full or restricted dashboard access for the specified role.





Step 1: On your eatOS Dashboard navigate to the left side navigation bar and tap on Employee



Step 2: Next select Roles



Step 3: From the list hover over the preferred role and tap on the Edit Icon



Step 4: Then navigate to the Module Permission and enable the Full Access toggle button




Step 5: To grant limited dashboard access to a role,
select the module that you don't want the role to have access to.



Step 6: Then disable by tapping on the toggle button of the selected module or uncheck the modules that you don't want the role to have access.
