Close a Pending Order Dashboard





Step 1: On your eatOS Dashboard navigate to the left side menu and select Sales



Step 2: On the Sales Section tap on Transactions



Step 3: On the list of Order Tickets select the ticket that needs to be closed by tapping it.



Step 4: Next tap on the Close Order button




Note: Please note that only managers or users with dashboard access can utilize this functionality within the dashboard.


Close a Pending Order POS





Step 1: On your POS Home Screen navigate to the left side navigation menu and select Tickets



Step 2: Then select the Order Ticket from the list that needs to be closed

Step 3: Tap on the Close button to close the ticket.
