Step 1: To connect to a live support on your eatOS Dashboard on the top right corner tap on the Support Icon



Step 2: Take note of the Support Pin



Note: The support team may request for your Support Pin to keep track of the support progress and for future references.

Step 3: Tap on the Live Chat Button



Step 4: Start by sending your inquiry along with the Support Pin our support will connect with you afterwards.
