Accessing and Adding a New Department






Step 1: Navigate to the left side navigation bar, and tap on Employee.



Step 2: Next tap on Department , you will be redirected to the Department List



Step 3: Tap on the + New Department button.



Step 4: Provide the Department Name and tap on Save to keep the changes or Cancel to revert the changes made.




Accessing and Adding a New Employee Role




Step 1: Navigate to the left side navigation bar, and tap on Employee.



Step 2: Next tap on Roles



Step 3: To add a new role, tap on the +New Role button.



Step 4: Fill in the needed information for the new role.



Note: Before configuring a new role for an employee, make sure you have added a department, as you will be prompted to select a department after naming the role.

4a. Create a new Role Name* .
4b. Assign a Department for the new role.
4c. Enable or disable the Full Access toggle button
4d Manage your Menus by tapping on the checkboxes that you want the new role to have access to.



Note: You can grant access to execute sales transactions and manage orders by enabling the Menus option. Arrange the accessible permissions according to your preference by dragging them up or down if you have enabled Full Access.



Step 5: Lastly tap on the Save button to keep all the modifications made for the new role or tap on Cancel to revert all the changes made.
