Point of Sale - Restaurant Guestbook
Introduction:

Step 1: From your new order screen, tap the drop-down arrow ( a) or slide the setting bar down ( b). Once you've done that, proceed to the next step.
Step 2: From the settings screen tap on Restaurant
Step 3: On the left hand navbar tap on Guestbook
Step 4: Tap on Add
Step 5: Enter the required information.
Basic Information:
- First and Last Name: Enter the customer’s name for personalized service and record-keeping.
- Phone Number and Email Address: Collect accurate contact details to facilitate communication and engagement.
Address Details
- Street Address and Address Line 2: Precise entry of address details ensures efficient service and delivery.
- City, State, Country, and Zip Code: Complete geographic information for accurate localization.
Additional Information
- Date of Birth: Allows for personalized offerings and birthday promotions.
- Customer Since: Track how long the customer has been with you to understand loyalty and trends.
- Anniversary: Option to add significant customer milestones or anniversaries.
Vehicle Information
- Vehicle Type and Color: Identify the customer’s vehicle type (car, SUV, motorbike, van, etc.) and color for tailored services.
- Vehicle Brand and License Plate: Enter specifics for vehicle identification and preferred service offerings.
Notes
- Special Instructions or Preferences: Include any additional information or preferences to enhance the customer experience.
