Automate Discounts - Dashboard




Step 1: To automate your discount function on eatOS, on your Discounts Page, tap the Edit Icon by hovering over the preferred discount name.



Step 2: Navigate to Auto Discount and toggle on the Apply Auto Discount?



  • Once enabled, the discount will be automatically applied based on the applicable dates set and the products selected.


Note: If the Require PIN the employee PIN will be required for each transaction made for the discount to be applied. Also, please do make sure to set the start and end dates for the discount to be applied.

Automate Discounts POS



Step 1: To automate discounts using the POS, on your Discount List, tap on the discount you wish to update.



Step 2: Enable the Configure Scheduled Discount Availability


Step 3: Toggle on the Automatically Schedule this Discount



Step 4: Then set the discount schedule preferred.



Note: Make sure to fill in all the fields needed to save the new discount. You may refer to the Create and Manage Discounts article.
