Navigating to the Kiosk Dynamic Hardware Settings



To go to your Dynamic Hardware Settings, follow these steps:

Step 1: On your eatOS dashboard navigate to the left-side navigation bar and tap on "Hardware."



Step 2: On your "Hardware Settings" filter the devices using the drop-down menu and select "Kiosk Device."



Step 3: Hover your mouse pointer over the device you wish to update.
Step 4: Place your cursor over the chosen device listed under the "Date Created Column" and click on the edit icon.



Step 5: Configure the device settings.

Configuring the Dynamic Hardware Settings



Please do note that you need to install the needed application from the eatOS Integrations to make it work. (If applicable)

Step 1: On your eatOS web page, log in using your activated eatOS account.



Step 2: From your dashboard on the left side navigation bar tap on Hardware .



Step 3: You can use the dropdown filter box to filter the devices to Kiosk Device.



Step 4: Then from the filtered list select the kiosk device preferred, hover over the "Date Created column" and select the Edit icon.



Step 5: General - On this setting it lets the user update the Device Information, Customize, and Enable and Disable the User's preferred settings.

Hardware Settings


Card Reader - Assign card reader, this function is available for Android kiosks
KOT Printer - Assign KOT Printer
Receipt Printer - Assign receipt printer.
