To begin accessing the Kiosk Gratuity feature, make sure you have an eatOS account. If you don't have one, you can refer to the provided guide link for assistance in creating an account.

Step 1: If you already have an account you may start by logging in your activated eatOS account on the eatOS login page.



Step 2: After logging in you will be redirected to the eatOS dashboard.

To integrate your card reader for your Self-Service Kiosk, follow these steps:

Step 1: From the dashboard navigate to the left side navigation bar then tap on Integrations.



Step: 2: Select the preferred integrations for your "Kiosk" Poynt, Card Connect, or Stripe.



Step 3: Once you've chosen the desired card reader for integration, simply tap on the "install" option.

Configuring Kiosk Settings



To configure your dynamic gratuity settings:

Note: Please ensure to follow these steps diligently, as skipping any step will hinder your progress.

Step 1: Navigate to the left side navigation bar and tap on Hardware.



Step 2:
If you've already set up a device, you can filter the hardware list by tapping the dropdown menu and choosing Kiosk Device.



Step 3: Hover over your connected device, under the Date Created select the Edit icon



Step 4: You will be then redirected to the General Settings . Kiosk Guide



Step 5: After Updating other Settings proceed to the Checkout Settings and Navigate to Gratuity Settings



Step 6: In the Gratuity settings , you have the flexibility to toggle it on or off according to your preference. Additionally, you can enable or disable the custom gratuity amount feature. You also have the option to choose or set a preset gratuity amount for totals both under and over $10.
