Adding a Guest on the eatOS Dashboard

Follow these straightforward steps to seamlessly add a guest to your eatOS dashboard:

Step 1: Access the eatOS Dashboard: Log in to your eatOS Dashboard.
Step 2: Locate and click on the "Guests" option from the dashboard menu.
Step 3: Select "Guestbook": Within the Guests section, choose "Guestbook" to access the guest management interface.

Step 4: Add a New Guest: Click the "+ New Guest" button to initiate the guest addition process.

Step 5: Enter Guest Details: Provide essential guest information, including:

First and Last Name
Email Address
Customer Since (Date)
Date of Birth
Phone Number
Customer Notes

Step 6: Save the Information: After entering the details, click the "Add" button to save the guest's information.

Adding a Guest from Point-of-Sale (POS)

For swift guest additions directly from your Point-of-Sale (POS) system, follow these steps:
