Step 1: Access the Sales Transaction Section

Log in to your account and access your dashboard.
Navigate to Sales and select Transaction. This is where you'll find a list of your recent transactions.



Step 2: Select the Transaction to Modify

In the "Sales Transaction" section, locate the specific transaction you want to modify.
Click on the transaction to select it.



Step 3: Edit the Order

After selecting the transaction, you will see an "Edit Order" option. Click on it to initiate the modification process.



Step 4: Verification

To proceed, you'll need to verify your identity and authorization.
Enter the four-digit verification code associated with your account. This code adds an extra layer of security to ensure that only authorized users can make changes.
After entering the code, click "Verify."



Step 5: Make Changes

Once the verification is successful, you will gain access to edit the order.

You can now make various changes to the transaction. This may include updating the order details, assigning the transaction to a different employee, or adding a tip.



Step 6: Save Your Changes

After making the desired modifications, review the changes to ensure they are accurate.
Once you are satisfied with the changes, click "Update" to save them.
Your order is now updated with the new information you provided.
