Guide to Transferring Tickets

Transferring a ticket or transaction to another employee is a straightforward process in the Point-of-Sale system. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth transfer of tickets:

Transferring an Active Transaction



If you need to transfer an active transaction to another employee, follow these steps:

Tap the Transfer Icon: While on the active transaction, locate and tap the transfer icon.



Select the Employee: Choose the employee to whom you wish to transfer the ticket from the list of available employees.



Confirm the Transfer: Tap Proceed to transfer the ticket or tap Go Back to cancel the cheque transfer.



Switch Users to View Transferred Checks: Once the ticket is successfully transferred, you can no longer make changes to it. To view the transferred check, switch to the selected employee's user account.





Transferring a Fired or Saved Ticket




To transfer a fired or saved ticket to another employee:

Navigate to the Tickets Section: Access the Tickets section from your POS dashboard.



Select the Ticket: Choose the ticket you wish to transfer from the list. Note that you can only transfer a ticket if the transaction is still being prepared. The transfer feature is no longer available once the ticket is completed.



Tap the Transfer Button: Tap the transfer button and select the employee to whom you wish to transfer the ticket.





Confirm the Transfer: Tap the Proceed button to continue with the transfer or tap Go Back to cancel the transfer.



Receive Confirmation: A confirmation prompt will appear indicating that the transfer is successful.




By following these steps, you can efficiently manage and transfer tickets within your POS system.
