Position: Find the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) below the screen on your POS device. This icon is used to access the list of open applications.
Step 2: Access the List of Open Apps
Action: Tap on the hamburger icon. This action will display all apps on your device, providing an overview of what's open.
Step 3: Close the Active App
Options:
Slide Up to Close: Select the app you wish to refresh, then slide it upward. This gesture will close the app.
Tap the “X” Icon: Alternatively, you can simply tap the “X” icon on the app window to close it.
Note: Ensure all unnecessary apps are closed to free up system resources and reduce potential conflicts.
Step 4: Re-open the eatOS App
Action: Locate and tap the eatOS app icon on your home screen. Opening the app again will trigger the loading screen, ensuring a fresh start of the application.
