Password Reset Guide for Point of Purchase System

The Order & Pay app ensures that even if you forget your password, the recovery process is straightforward and efficient. Here’s a step-by-step guide based on the images provided to help you reset your password and access the system seamlessly.


Step 1: Sign-In Screen


The first thing you’ll encounter is the Sign-In screen.


  1. If you’ve forgotten your password, tap the Forgot Password? button located just below the Sign-In button.



Step 2: After clicking on Forgot Password?, you’ll be directed to the Reset Password screen.



  1. Enter your Email or Phone Number: Input the email address or phone number you used to register with eatOS.
  2. Click the Continue button to receive a verification code


Step 3: Enter Verification Code

Next, you’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) or verification code on your registered email or phone number.



  1. Check Your Email/Phone: Retrieve the code sent to your email or phone number.
  2. Enter the Code: Input the verification code into the provided field.
  3. If required, there's an option to resend the OTP if you do not receive the code.


Step 4: Set a New Password

Upon successful verification, you’ll be prompted to set a new password.



  1. New Password: Enter a new, strong password for your eatOS account.
  2. Retype New Password: Confirm your new password by typing it again.
  3. Click the Reset Password button to finalize the process.


Step 5: Password Reset Confirmation



Finally, you’ll receive a confirmation message indicating that your password has been successfully reset.


Now, you can return to the Sign-In screen and log in with your new password.
