Troubleshooting Guide: Connecting CFD to POS System

Double-tap the CFD screen and select "Allow" if prompted.
On the POS Status bar, swipe left twice and choose "CFD Connected or Disconnected."
In the popup, select the Bluetooth icon.
Choose the Bluetooth CFD device from the list of available devices.
A green cloud icon will indicate a successful connection.

Ensure Bluetooth connection on both devices (POS and CFD) is established.
On POS:
a. Navigate to "Apps" via the TeamViewer screen's top navigation.
b. Return to the "Remote Control" tab.
c. Select "Connected Devices" and review Bluetooth paired devices.
d. Rename the device to the respective Location name & Device Type.
On CFD:
a. Access the Android settings through the TeamViewer screen's top navigation.
b. Return to the "Remote Control" tab on TeamViewer's top navigation.
c. Choose "Connected Devices" and review Bluetooth paired devices.
d. Rename the device to the corresponding Location name & Device Type.
After ensuring both devices are paired, double-tap the CFD screen and select "Allow" on the popup.
On the POS, tap "CFD Disconnected" on the status bar. Then, select the Bluetooth icon on the connection type popup.
Choose the Bluetooth CFD Device named "Location Name & Device Type" that is detected.
Once connected, a little green cloud icon with a check mark will appear.
Test the connection by adding products to the cart and observing the CFD response.
