Step 4: Navigate to the device-level settings by opening the Android settings app.
Step 5: In the settings app:
5a. Select "Apps" from the bottom navigation bar.
5b. Tap on the "Settings" app from the top right corner.
5c. Choose "Apps & Notifications."
