Troubleshooting: Restarting the Device and Relaunching the App



If you encounter issues with your device or the eatOS app, you can follow these steps to restart the device and relaunch the app, which often helps resolve common problems.

Begin by locating the home and power buttons on the back right side of the device. Press and hold both buttons simultaneously.

After successfully powering off the device, proceed to the next step.

Turn on the device and access the control panel by entering the default password, which is "1elo".

Navigate to the device-level settings by opening the Android settings app.

In the settings app:
Select "Apps" from the bottom navigation bar.
Tap on the "Settings" app from the top right corner.
Choose "Apps & Notifications."

Once you've reached this page, locate the eatOS app from the list of installed applications.

Select the eatOS app to proceed.

Within the app's settings, find and tap on the "Force Stop" option.

Confirm the force stop action when prompted.

To finalize the process, press the prominent blue "X" button located at the bottom right corner of the screen.

After completing these steps, allow the application to relaunch. This sequence of actions helps refresh the app's functionality and often resolves minor issues.
