Using the Reordering Feature in Your POS

The reordering feature in your point of sale (POS) system allows customers to conveniently request items that have already been sent to the kitchen for preparation. It streamlines the ordering process, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. However, it's important to note that reordering is only applicable to orders that have already been sent or fired to the kitchen and have not yet been paid for.

How to Reorder



Hold and Select: To initiate the reordering process, hold down any item from a previous order. This action will clone the products from the original order, retaining all modifiers, discounts, taxes, and service charges that were applied.


Select the Items to Reorder: You can choose the items you wish to reorder and adjust the quantity if needed. Once you've made your selection, tap on the reorder button to proceed.


Reordered items are displayed below the items that have been previously sent to the kitchen for preparation.




Options for Reordered Items



Cancel: If a customer changes their mind or no longer needs the item, you can cancel the reorder request. Swipe the item to the left to show the cancel button.


Remove Tax: If necessary, adjust the tax applied to the reordered item. Swipe the item to the right to remove the item tax.


Customized by adding items or adjusting modifiers/add-ons


Fire to the Kitchen: Once your order is confirmed, simply tap the fire button. This action will send your order to the kitchen for preparation.


Charge Order for Payment: Once all orders have been confirmed, customers may proceed to pay for their order. Simply tap the** ''Charge''** button to process payment.
