Step-by-step-Guide:

Step 1: Access the Guest Management Section -

Log in to your account. Navigate to the left navigation bar, this section might be labeled as "Guests" , "Guest Management" , or something similar, depending on your platform's interface.



Step 2: Initiate Guest Addition -

Within the Guestbook section, locate and click on the "+ New Guest" button. This action will initiate the process of adding a new guest to your system.



Step 3: Enter Guest Information -

A guest information form will appear. This form will likely require various details to accurately identify the guest and determine their access privileges.
Fill out the required information for the guest. Mandatory fields are denoted by (*).

Typical guest information fields may include:
Name
Email Address
Contact Number
Customer Since
Date of Birth
Anniversary
Phone Number
Access Areas/Privileges
Any Additional Notes



Step 4: Save Guest Information -

After entering the necessary information, review it to ensure accuracy. Double-check that all mandatory fields are completed.
Once you're satisfied, click the “Add” button or a similar label relevant to saving the guest's information.



Step 5: Confirmation and Notifications -

The system will likely provide a confirmation message indicating that the guest has been successfully added.
