Accessing Employee and Timesheet




To access Employee and Timesheet information on the eatOS dashboard, follow these steps:

Step 1: Simply log in to your account and select the relevant location.
1a. Navigate to the Operation section and select Workforce tab.
1b: Choose either "Employee" or "Timesheet".





Adding an Employee





Step 1: From the Dashboard, Navigate to Workforce section and then select Employees.



Step 2: Click on the + New Employee button.



Step 3: Fill in the employee details in the provided fields:

Employee Profile PicturesUpload employee image
Employee First Name*Enter the employee’s first name
Employee Middle NameEnter the employee’s middle name
Employee Last Name*Enter the employee’s last name
Date of BirthEnter the employee's date of birth
EmailEnter the employee email address – make sure to enter a working email address to receive the verification. Note: verification will be sent to an employee with permission to access the dashboard
PhoneEnter the employee’s phone number - the number provided should be an active number to receive notifications
AddressEnter the employee's address
Employment Information
Employee Role*Select the employee role (pre-configured with assigned permission)
Point of Sale PIN*Enter a unique 4-digit (PIN) number - to be used in accessing all devices
Dashboard Access*Option to provide employee access to the dashboard. If toggled on, it enables the employee to have dashboard access, and toggle off to limit access
Employee Joining Date*Select the employee joining date using the date picker






Editing Employee Information





Step 1: Select the employee you wish to edit.

Step 2: Hover to the "Date Created" column and choose Edit to update their information.




Archiving an Employee





Step 1: Select the employee you want to archive.

Step 2: Hover to the "Date Created" column and select Archive.



Step 3: Confirm by clicking Yes, archive it!, or cancel by clicking Cancel.




Unarchiving and Permanently Archiving an Employee





To Unarchive an Employee:

Step 1: Tap the Archived button.

Step 2: Select the employee, click the 3-dot icon, and choose Unarchive.



Step 3: Confirm by clicking Yes, unarchive it!, or cancel by clicking Cancel.



To Permanently Archive an Employee:



Step 1: Tap the Archived button.

Step 2: Select the employee, click the 3-dot icon, and choose Permanently Delete.



Step 3: Confirm by clicking Yes, permanently delete it!, or cancel by clicking Cancel.



Viewing the Employee Timesheet





Stay on top of your team's work hours by easily managing and viewing their hours worked.

Step 1: Navigate to the side navigation bar and select Timesheet.



Step 2: Total weekly hours worked are automatically displayed in the Hours Worked column.



Step 3: Hover over a specific day column to preview the total hours worked and break time.
