Accessing Employee
To access Workforce - Employee, follow these steps:
Step 1: Simply log in to your account and select the relevant location.
1a. Navigate to the Operation section and select the Workforce tab.
1b: Choose "Employee."

Adding an Employee
Step 1: From the Dashboard, Navigate to Workforce section and then select Employees.

Step 2: Click on the + New Employee button.

Step 3: Fill in the employee details in the provided fields:
FIELD | ACTION |

Employee Profile Pictures | Upload employee image |
Employee First Name* | Enter the employee’s first name |
Employee Last Name* | Enter the employee’s last name |
Dashboard Access* | Option to provide employee access to the dashboard. If toggled on, it enables the employee to have dashboard access, and toggling off limits access |
Employee Role* | Select the employee role (pre-configured with assigned permission) |
Revenue Center* | Select the assigned revenue center |
Point of Sale PIN* | Enter a unique 4-digit (PIN) number - to be used in accessing all devices |
Payroll Details | Enter the details of your employees' pay type, the pay rates, and their job types to keep a track of the payroll |

Editing Employee Information
Step 1: Select the employee you wish to edit.
Step 2: Hover to the "Date Created" column and choose Edit to update their information.

Archiving an Employee
Step 1: Select the employee you want to archive.
Step 2: Hover to the "Date Created" and select Archive.

Step 3: Confirm by clicking Yes, archive it!, or cancel by clicking Cancel.

Unarchiving and Permanently Archiving an Employee
To Unarchive an Employee:
Step 1: Tap the Archived button.
Step 2: Select the employee, click the 3-dot icon, and choose Unarchive.

Step 3: Confirm by clicking Yes, unarchive it!, or cancel by clicking Cancel.

To Permanently Archive an Employee:
Step 1: Tap the Archived button.
Step 2: Select the employee, click the 3-dot icon, and choose Permanently Delete.

Step 3: Confirm by clicking Yes, permanently delete it!, or cancel by clicking Cancel.
