Drive - Thru Capturing on POS & POP
Introduction:
This article will cover the necessary steps to show how to auto-capture from the Point of Sale and the Point of Purchase apps.

Drive-Through Order Type
Step 1: From the New Order screen select Drive Thru as the order type.
Step 2: Begin by adding the following information:
2a. Customer Name
2b. Email
2c. Phone Number
2d. Vehicle Type
2e. Vehicle Color
2f. Vehicle Brand
2g. Vehicle License Plate
Step 3: To save the vehicle information tap + Add Vehicle button.
Note: You have the option to enter a physical address, if an address is entered this will be saved in your guestbook list.

Step 4: Tap the X icon and proceed to place the customer order.
Step 5: When viewing tickets, the ticket will display a steering wheel icon, indicating this is a drive-thru ticket.
Point-of-Purchase
Drive-Through Order Type
Step 1: From the main POP (Point-of-Purchase) screen, begin to place orders
Step 2: Once you have finished placing the orders, tap on Order
Step 3: Here you can view the customer's order, Select Drive Thru from the order type
Step 4: Begin by entering the following information:
4a. Customer Name
4b. Email
4c. Phone Number
4d. Vehicle Type
4e. Vehicle Color
4f. Vehicle Brand
4g. Vehicle License Plate
Step 5: To save the vehicle information tap on + Add Vehicle button.
Note: You have the option to enter a physical address, if an address is entered this will be saved in your guestbook list.
Step 6: Tap the X icon to proceed to Fire or Charge the order.
