How to View and Manage Employee Shifts
This article explains how to access, view, and manage employee shifts using the Employee Shifts page. You can use this page to review scheduled shifts, filter records, and track both past and upcoming assignments across your workplace.
Overview
The Employee Shifts page provides a centralized view of all scheduled shifts within your organization. The table displays key shift information including shift names, types, dates, and working hours, making it easy to verify staffing coverage and review schedules at a glance.
Accessing the Employee Shifts Page
- From the left-hand navigation menu, select Workforce.
- Click Employee Shifts

Filtering Shift Records
Use the available filters to quickly locate specific shift information.
- Date Range Filter
- Click the Date Range filed to select a specific day, week, or custom date range.
- The list will update to display shifts that fall within the selected period.

- Employee Filter
- Click the All-Employees dropdown menu.
- Select an employee to view only their assigned shifts.

Understanding the Shift Information
Each row in the Employee Shifts table contains the following Details
Column | Description |

Shift Name | The name or title assigned to the shift (for example, Catering Event Crew) |
Shift Type | The category or classification of the shift. |
Start Time | The scheduled start time of the shift. |
End Time | The scheduled end time of the shift |
Shift Date | The date on which the shift is scheduled |
