KDS - How to Fulfill a ticket/order

Fulfilling Individual Items



Step 1: Identify the Item: Start by locating the item you're ready to fulfill. Each item's status is indicated by an eye icon.
Step 2: Initiate Fulfillment: Tap on the eye icon of the specific item you want to fulfill. The icon will change as the order progresses. If you accidentally select the wrong item, don't worry—simply tap the back arrow and choose the correct item.



Step 3: Confirmation: Successfully served items will display a green bell icon, indicating fulfillment.




Fulfilling an Entire Order



For quick and efficient processing of multiple items, you can fulfill the entire order at once:

Batch Fulfillment: Tap on the Seen status. This action will mark all items in the order as ready for delivery.



Tip for Optimal Workflow



While you can fulfill an entire ticket order by tapping the status bar or the Seen box, some kitchens prefer to fulfill individual items as they're prepared. This can be done by tapping the eye icon of each product item.
