Dashboard Account Setting - Locations

Introduction



The eatOS dashboard makes managing multiple locations for your restaurant business simple. The Locations page in your account allows you to easily manage and update information for all your account locations.


How to Add New Location





Step 1: Navigate to Account Settings and select Locations.



Step 2: Tap the “+ New Locations”



Step 3: Enter the required information and tap the Save to save the new location.

FIELDACTION
Restaurant Information
Restaurant Name*Enter the restaurant name
Restaurant Type*Select your restaurant type
EmailEnter the email address
Phone NumberEnter the associated phone number
WebsiteEnter your restaurant's online store URL or website.
Address Information
AddressEnter the restaurant address/location
TimezoneChoose the appropriate time zone.
Restaurant Features
ReservationEnabling this feature allows your customers to reserve seats in advance
Order AheadEnabling this feature allows your customers to place advance orders.
DeliveryThis feature enables your restaurant to accept delivery orders.
Split CheckThis feature offers the possibility to split the payment among multiple customers.
Offline ModeActivating this option will temporarily take your store offline.
Restaurant Settings
Inactivity TimerBy enabling this feature, you can establish an automatic closing time for your point-of-sale system in the absence of any detected activity.
LanguageSet the primary language to be utilized across the entire application.
CurrencySet the accepted currency.





How to Edit or Update Locations



Step 1: Tap on the Date section and select Edit



Step 2: Update your restaurant location.

Restaurant Name*Update/edit the restaurant name
Restaurant Type*Update/edit your restaurant type
Restaurant Logo*Import or upload your restaurant logo
EmailUpdate/edit the email address
Phone NumberUpdate/edit the associated phone number

Address Information
AddressUpdate/edit the restaurant address/location
TimezoneChoose the appropriate time zone.

Fixed Deposit TimeThis functionality allows the fixed deposit time to be set as the designated deposit time.

Require Manager PIN
ReportsBy enabling this feature, employees will be required to enter the manager's PIN in order to access the reports.
End of DayBy enabling this feature, employees will be required to enter the manager's PIN in order to access the end-of-day reports.
Payroll Settings
Day and Week Start/EndSelect the end of week day
Day and Week Start/End TimeSelect the end of day/week time
Daily Operating Hours
Start TimeSpecify the starting time for daily operations.
End TimeSpecify the end time for daily operations.
Day and Week Start/EndSpecify the end-of-day operations.



How to Archive a Location



Step 1: Hover over the date selection and select Archive.



Step 2: Choose "Yes, archive it!" to confirm your selection, or select "Cancel" to go back without archiving the location.




How to Unarchive a Location



Step 1: To unarchive a location, select the Archive tab then tap the 3-dot icon.

Step 2: Select Unarchive

Step 3: Choose "Yes, unarchive it!" to confirm your selection or select "Cancel" to remain archive.


How to Permanently Delete a Location



Step 1: To permanently delete a location, select the Archive tab tap the 3-dot icon.

Step 2: Select Permanently Delete

Step 3: Choose "Yes, permanently delete it!" to confirm your selection or select "Cancel" to remain archive.
